Refund Policy
We offer a strict no refund and no cancellation policy. Due to the urgent demand of our product, all orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping labels are automatically generated upon checkout, and we cannot issue any cancellations after that point.
All products shipped out to our customers are unopened and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. To ensure this is the case, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind.
Due to the risk of spreading viruses, Max Care Health USA does not accept any refunds or exchanges for any products sold. This policy extends to any defective, unwanted, or damaged merchandise. In lieu of all other remedies, Purchaser agrees to replacement facial coverings or supplies for any defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory products.
