We ship nationwide using UPS and USPS as our courier service.

Orders are dispatched typically on the same day, if not, the next day. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.

In the case of exceedingly high order volume, dispatch may be slightly delayed and can take up to 2-3 days to be processed. If there is a significant dispatch delay, we will reach out to you directly.

All items are shipped out from our New York warehouse and fulfillment center with USPS and UPS. We recommend choosing UPS at checkout for faster delivery in light of the significant delays USPS is experiencing.

We reserve the right to fulfill orders using USPS or UPS at our discretion, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, Max Care Health USA is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or failed deliveries from the shipping carrier.
